dubaiThe Vice President of the BH entity Republic of Srpska (RS) Ramiz Salkić, met in Dubai with Ismail Ahmed bin Sultan, CEO of the company “Buroj Property Development”.

This company, based in the United Arab Emirates, was one of the exhibitors at the accompanying exhibition “International Property Show”, on the recently finished AIM Investment Forum 2015 in Dubai.

The “Buroj Ozone” project, which the company is planning to implement in Bosnia and Herzegovina, worth almost 4.5 billion marks, was explicitly notable on this exhibition.

Their exhibition stand, accompanied by Counsellor, Deputy Ambassador at Embassy of B&H in the United Arab Emirates, was visited by the Vice President of RS Ramiz Salkić.

B&H definitely entered into a phase in which serious investments are expected, “said Salkić.

The intention of “Buroj Property Development” to realize this significant project and investment in the area of the Municipality Trnovo is particularly important, because, as he says, it will significantly contribute to the development of the region and provide significant employment.

Also, this investment could encourage other investors to invest in B&H as well.

“Our country has excellent climatic characteristics, rich cultural diversity, olympic mountains, rivers, sea and other predispositions for the development of tourism, and I am confident that we can give much more to create a better business environment for the other investments. I asked Mr. Ismail Ahmed bin Sultan, to recommend to another investor from the UAE to invest in B&H. I am confident that this will not be the only investments, “said Ramiz Salkić, after their conversation, as announced from the office of entity vice president.

To recall, in February this year, Ahmed Ismail signed the Protocol on cooperation in Sarajevo, with Mayor of Trnovo, Ibro Beril. Ahmed has said on this occasion that the signing of this document is only the first step towards building a strong partnership between the B&H authorities and the company Buroj Property Development.
