instrumentsOn Friday, 16/08/2013 at 19 pm, at the Bosniak Institute in Sarajevo, a concert of chamber music will take place.

The concert is the result of an international workshop chamber music – project Colluvio, which took place in Gut Horneggli in Austria. The workshop was attended by young musicians from Germany, Ukraine, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina: Polina Sasko, (20) Piano, Ukraine, Nemanja Belej, (20) violin, Serbia, Sabeth Quitt, (19) Cello, Germany, Dmytro Chon , (20) Piano, Ukraine, Ljubomir Trujanović, (19) violin, Serbia, Damjan Saramandić, (20) Cello, Serbia, Sonja Marković (22) Piano, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tijana Milaković, (18) violin, Serbia Vladimir Bogdanović (21) Cello, Serbia.

These young musicians are under the direction of assistant professor Juri Kota (Ukraine), the professor of piano at the Faculty of Music Art in Kiev, Olivera Milic-Hiršer (Serbia), violinist and violin teacher in Sremska Mitrovica, and Majnharda Holler, (Austria), cellist and professor of cello at Munich, working in a very demanding program of chamber music.

Unusual dynamics that occur during this kind of course can be experienced even in the concerts of participants which are created as an inspiration for the younger audience in order to attract their attention on the idea of an international youth exchange.

Sarajevo concert comes after the concerts in Gut Horneggli, Vienna, Munich, Ljubljana and Omis, and the tour will end in Belgrade, where the concert will be held two days after Sarajevo.

This is not the first time that Colluvio performances in Sarajevo. Last year they honored our city and citizens with a great concert. The organization and performance of the concert in Sarajevo is enabled by “Education Builds B&H” and Bosniak Institute – Foundation Zulfikarpašić.

The entrance to the concert is for free, and we call upon all citizens and guests of Sarajevo to join us at the concert, and to enjoy in the enchanting atmosphere of the Bosniak Institute with piano, violin and cello, say organizers.
