Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issues an Indictment against members of ARBiH

prosecutor officeThe Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against three persons for war crimes at the territory of Bosanska Krupa.

Defendants are charged with murdering three war prisoners in the summer of 1995 at the territory of Bosanska Krupa.

Prosecutor of the Special Department of War Crimes pressed charges against Isaković Safet, born in 1973, Đulić Ibrahim, born in 1968, and Porić Nisvet, born in 1972.

The defendants are accused of acting contrary to the directives of the Geneva conventions on the protection of war prisoners, wounded people, and diseased people, while in the capacity of commander (Isaković) and members of the division “Gazije” of the 5th corps of the Army of RBiH.

They are accused of killing three imprisoned members of the Army of Republika Srpska, one of whom was wounded, by firing from guns at the locality of the Ćorkovača hill in the Municipality of Bosanska Krupa in July 1995.
