Prosecutor’s Office Delegation met with European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training Officials

The central topic of the meeting was the cooperation of CEPOL and the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH in the framework of the activities of the agency in the region of the Western Balkans.

The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gordana Tadić, together with her Deputy Ozrenka Nešković , prosecutors and associates , met it with CEPOL ( European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training) officials Mr. Frans Moorman, Senior Project Officer and Mr. Istvan Magyar, Team Coordinator.

The future cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and CEPOL was discussed, especially the upcoming workshop “Financial Investigations related to Public Procurement Fraud and Money Laundering” which will be held in Sarajevo in February this year.

The Chief Prosecutor informed the officials of CEPOL about the work, activities and results of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, especially in the field of the fight against financial crime, and CEPOL officials informed the meeting participants about the achievements of the project, current and planned activities, as well as the activities to be taken in the future.
