Today, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH proposed ordering a one-month detention for the director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (OBA), Osman Mehmedagic, against whom, according to available information, he is conducting an investigation regarding the validity of the diploma, and financial transactions related to buying a house are being investigated.
That is, he is charged with abuse of office or authority, forgery of documents and money laundering.
“Detention is proposed because of the danger that he could interfere with the investigation, conceal evidence, and influence witnesses or accomplices, as the release of the suspect could cause public and citizen disturbance, as elements of security breaches have already been recorded “, stated the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
