Narodno_pozoriste_SarajevoOn Sunday, 25 August in the National Theatre in Sarajevo at 20:00, the performance by the Bosnian National Theatre Zenica by well-known writer Miroslav Krleže will take place.

‘’I am dedicating the play ‘Put u Raj’, as a directorial piece of work, to the great B&H and Croatian painter and printmaker Mersad Berber. Working on this play, I remembered conversations with Berber on the brilliant, monumental opus by Miroslav Krleže. Unfortunately, Berber was one of the rare, passionate readers of Krleže’s works’’, said Gojer.

Krleže described ‘Put u Raj’ as an‘anti-war requiem’.

The premiere of this play took place on 24 November 2012.

Entrance to the play is free.
