12835055_1736090503294293_547092709_nPresident of the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB), Fahrudin Radoncic, according to yesterday’s decision of the Court, got custody that can last up to 2 years from the date of confirmation of the indictment, by the 15th of February 2018, or until the other decisions of the Court.

This was confirmed by the Office of Public Relations of Court of BiH.

During the day, before the judicial decision was known, the defense team stated they will appeal in the case of returning the defendant in the custody.

Radoncic was arrested on the 25th of January and he was released on the 17th of February from detention under certain prohibiting measures.

The custody was assigned again yesterday on the Prosecutor’s proposal, which claimed that Radoncic violated the prohibiting measures.
