Railways of RS took 51.3 million Euros Loan

Finance Minister of Republika Srpska, one of the entities in BiH, Zoran Tegeltija, signed an agreement with the Regional Vice President of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia Silas Miller.

Namely, the signed draft agreement will allocate money for the restructuration of the Republika Srpska Railways. The RS Railroad Restructuring loan contract is worth 51.3 million Euros.

This loan will fund programs that will reduce the number of RS Workers by one thousand. The signing of the agreement was attended by RS Minister of Transport and Communications of  Nedo Trninic, Director of the World Bank for Western Balkan Countries Linda van Gelder and Head of the World Bank Office for BiH and Montenegro Emanuel Salinas.
