The Mostar Company Alfa Therm is the proud owner of the award “Pursuit of Time”, which was given out by Adizes Institute, one of the most respected consulting companies in the world.

Alfa Therm was awarded for the best use of Adidas methodology in practice, according to portal Hum.ba.

Apart from that, world companies such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, and Emerson provided trust to Alfa Therma. Johnson Controls is an American giant, and recognized Alfa Therma as the best European distributor of JC equipment in 2010. This award is otherwise given according to criteria of the quality of distribution, and not by criteria of the amount of distributed equipment.

Alfa Therm was founded in 1987 in Mostar, and the expansion started in 1996.

In the company they are particularly proud of the fact that the ownership is separated from management, which is a situation that is rare, and which is rare to successfully implement. In practice, this means that the owner/founder are not the same person, and the autonomy of directors to achieve synergy with the owner gives security to the company and customers.

Apart from the Mostar Alfa Therma, there is also Alfa Therm Metkovići, which covers the BiH market, south of Croatia, and the company is present in Montenegro and Kosovo.

Alfa Therm today provides services in design, installation, services, energy efficiency, which makes it one of the rare, if not only company in BiH that offers services from all areas of heating and air conditioning.
