eu_flag_rf123A seminar on reform of the state level institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be held in Sarajevo on 1 and 2 October 2015. The three ministers of justice and the most senior representatives of BiH judiciary – the BiH HJPC President and and the BiH Court President – will participate in the seminar, which will be opened by the Head of the EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina and EU Special Representative, Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark.

The seminar is a direct follow up to the ministerial meeting held in Brussels on 10 September, where ministers of justice reiterated their commitment to the EU-BiH Structured Dialogue on Justice by signing a Protocol which provides for a series of dedicated measures to address the reform priorities in the judiciary.

A press release will be issued on the second day of seminar.

The workshop is organised by TAIEX, an EU scheme providing advice and training to help partner countries near the EU to apply and enforce EU law and monitor their progress in doing so.
