The Competition Programme – Feature Film of the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival continued at the National Theater Sarajevo, with the regional premiere of the film THREE KILOMETERS TO THE END OF THE WORLD by Emanuel Pârvu. The film has its world premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, in the Main Competition programme.
Seventeen-year-old Adi is spending the summer in his home village in the Danube Delta. One night, he is brutally attacked on the street; the next day, his world is turned upside-down. His parents no longer look at him as they did, and the seeming tranquillity of the village starts to crack.
