Relations between BiH and Croatia must be based on mutual Respect

Member of the BiH Presidency, Denis Bećirović, spoke with the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia, Ivan Sabolić, and they noted that institutional cooperation is being achieved in various areas between the two countries.

Bećirović said that the relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia must be based on mutual respect, appreciation and sovereign equality, and he emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to strengthen the economic ties between the two countries.

Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia, Ivan Sabolić, stated that Croatia is interested in the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that Prime Minister Andrej Plenković advocated granting candidate status to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the conversation, it was pointed out that Croatia is at the very top of the key foreign trade partners of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in terms of the values of the achieved exchange in both directions. Bilateral exchange is significantly balanced, and in recent years the trade deficit has been minimal compared to other trade partners, announced the BiH Presidency.
