Republika Srpska Entity borrowed additional 24.8 million BAM

Republika Srpska borrowed 24.8 million BAM yesterday, by issuing bonds, achieving an effective interest rate of 2.5%.

The RS Ministry of Finance offered 25,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 KM per bond at auction.

A total of bids in the amount of 42 million BAM was received, and accepted in the amount of 25.9 BAM.

As it was announced from the Banja Luka Stock Exchange, a premium in the amount of 1.08 million BAM was realized. A coupon interest rate of 3% was achieved in this issue. The highest offered price was 108% with an interest rate of 2.1%, and the lowest price 95.84% with an interest rate of 3.5%. The bonds have a maturity of ten years, eKapija writes.
