The Republika Srpska Government on Monday filed a lawsuit against the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina over debt from the distribution of indirect tax revenue, in the amount of 34,571,047.78 BAM.

The lawsuit was filed for damages of 34,571,047.78 BAM and related to the period from July 2017 to December 2018.

Republika Srpska is suing the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for damages for failure to approve the uncontested Draft Decisions on the Calculation of Indicators for the Distribution of Indirect Taxes from July 2017 to December 2018.

Due to the failure to adopt new coefficients for the allocation of funds, money belonging to the Republika Srpska is transferred into the FBiH account.
