Rich program of 12th Festival of BiH Drama

BNPTwelfth Festival of BIH Drama ‘Zenica 2013’ will be held from 8 to 20 May and it will be one of the best so far.

Apart from plays of BIH theatre, this festival will offer citizens of Zenica chance to see plays from Slovenia, Serbia, Austria and Croatia as well.

The audience will have the opportunity to see plays of theatres from Sarajevo, Prijedor, Zenica, Belgrade, Šabac, Osijek, Wien, Kranj, Tuzla and Mostar.

Apart from 10 plays that will compete, visitors of the Festival will have the opportunity to see 5 more plays which will be in the off theatre program, and also there will be one ballet show, first time in 22 years.

Apart from plays, citizens will also have the opportunity to see various exhibitions, round tables, to listen to radio- dramas, to attend workshops with students of art academies, and there will also be a competition for the best BiH drama text, said manager of the festival Hazim Begagić.

Begagić noted that the development of the festival was aided by the regional association of festivals which cooperates with theatres from Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia.
