Once the best soccer player in the world, Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, despite turning 39 soon, ended the year as the top scorer with a total of 54 goals.
The striker of Al-Nassr scored the last goal in the triumph against Al Tavun (4:1) on Saturday night.
Kylian Mbappe (PSG) and Harry Kane (Bayern) were behind him with 52 goals each.
Many fans previously suggested that Ronaldo should consider retirement following his exit from Old Trafford in November 2022.
But Ronaldo wrote in an Instagram post on Saturday night: “54 – I’ll say when it’s finished! Thanks, team!”
