The Rotary community of Bosnia and Herzegovina is always ready to lend a helping hand and support to those who need it most.

This year, on the occasion of International Book Day, members of the Interact Club Sarajevo implemented the humanitarian project “Book for a Smile”, in the form of a donation of a small library to the Citizens’ Association “Heart for Children with Cancer”, the Parent’s House in Sarajevo.

The project was sponsored by the Rotary Club Sarajevo, and is also being implemented by colleagues from the Rotary Club in Tuzla.

The goal of this project is, as much as possible, to make the days spent and the battles fought by children with cancer, those little, yet the greatest heroes among us, easier.

We also want to emphasize the importance of marking International Book Day, her majesty, which we donated from the heart for a child’s smile.

Do you want to help the work of the NGO “Heart for Children with Cancer” and be part of their extremely generous story and mission? You can find out more at the link.
