[wzslider autoplay=”true”]There is no more doubt, the biggest tourist project in South Eastern Europe, worth 4.5 billion BAM, “Buroj Ozone” will be constructed in Trnovo. The cornerstone will be placed soon, and if all goes according to the plan, the preparatory construction work will start this year.
For the realization of the project two contracts were signed. First one, the Contract on cooperation was signed in February this year between the Director of the company “Buroj Property Development,” Ismail Ahmet and the Mayor of the Municipality Trnovo, Ibro Berilo. The other contract was signed in mid-June, and refers to the development of the first phase of the regulatory plan “Sport and recreation center Bjelašnica – Donja Grkarica – Prečko polje – Kolijevka.”
In order to speed up the works and finish the final contract as well as to express their serious intentions, Arab investor is again in B&H. In the previous days, he visited the location where is planned the future project with representatives of the Municipality of Trnovo and the Ministry of Spatial Planning of Sarajevo Canton, and expressed his intentions for construction of the first 100 villas as soon as possible.
Also, the company “Buroj” has been officially registered in B&H.
Mayor of the Municipality Trnovo confirmed this information, explaining that everything is done hurriedly and transparent in order for all parties to be satisfied.
“We started with the development of regulatory plan and research in the framework of geology and geodesy. Great work is waiting for us during the process of resolving of water and sewage networks, and for which preliminary design will be signed the contract in the following days,” says Berilo, noting that the experts have visited several water sources that spring from Hojta which is connecting Bjelašnica Mountain and Treskavica Mountain, to determine which one meets the needs of future settlements.
“Water supply of the settlement is a demanding and expensive project and within its framework will be built two catchment with a volume of 1,000 cubic meters. The value of these works will be around 10 to 15 million BAM,” added Berilo.
Business portal Akta.ba learned that for a villa with three bedrooms in the future complex, you will have to allocate 231,000 EUR.
