Sanctions are introduced to Dodik, the consequences will be felt by the whole RS!

wigemarkThe current head of the EU Delegation to BiH, Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, revealed a shocking information that one German company was planning to open a plant in the Republika Srpska and to employ 500 workers, but gave up because of the political crisis caused by the referendum, and decided to raise production facility in Serbia, announced Nezavisne Novine.

“Everyone who speaks about the conflicts and wars, presents the greatest danger definitely. Recently there was a case of a German company that wanted to open a factory and to create 500 jobs in RS. Because of the referendum they decided to go and to open the factory in Serbia. Similar things will happen if you continue with this rhetoric. Recently I was in Saudi Arabia and their investors talked about the political instability in BiH as a threat to investment. I could not believe that. So let’s stop with bad rhetoric”, said the diplomat Wigemark to question whether the European Union is to follow the sanctions that the United States imposed to Dodik.

EU will not sanction Dodik and they will try to solve the problem with dialogue. Moreover, Wigemark stressed the fact that much more important question was not asked by the reporters and that is whether sanctions imposed to Dodik will influence only President of RS or will, in turn, reflect on the whole area of the Republika Srpska.

Wigemark’ message was as it follows: Dodik is sanctioned, but he solely will not suffer for it, his subjects on whom sanctions were not imposed will suffer.

And as proof that the previously said is true, he again reflected on the German company that gave up millions in investments in RS.
