Works on the residential building “City Residence” are in a full swing, and they should be completed by June 2018.

The value of the investment is estimated at 1,190,000 BAM, and the main contractor on this project is the company Famus Gradnja 3 Ltd.

“The property is placed in a very attractive location, in a vicinity of the cathedral. The combination of buildings of historical value and other modern buildings on this location, together with the combination of a peaceful neighborhood that offers proximity to the central part of the city, provides great opportunity for urban lifestyle,” said Elvisa Pilav from the Real Estate Agency Metropol.

This object will include a total of five floors, i.e. basements floor, high ground floor, two floors and attic, and it also has 11 residential units between 41.35 square meters and 117.95 square meters, three garages and nine garage spaces.

The prices of apartments in this building are between 3,100 and 3,900 BAM per square meter with VAT included, while the price of the garage is 35,000 BAM.

The most modern materials of high quality were used in the construction of the building.

The entire building will be covered by video surveillance as well.
