Due to the sports event “Sarajevo Marathon 2024”, today there will be temporary changes in the traffic regime in Sarajevo.
This marathon race will be held today from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the changes are made in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Transportation of Sarajevo Canton and with the request of the “Boys in Blue” Association.
It will cover a number of streets along the route that includes the start from Obala Isa Bega Isakovića, Novi most Vijećnica, Obala Kulina bana, Maršala Tita, Zmaj od Bosne, and all the way to the finish line at the same location.
During this time period, tram and trolley traffic will be temporarily suspended along the race route.
Bus and minibus lines that pass through the same route will either be suspended or diverted to alternative routes according to the instructions of police officers on the ground.
The organizers asked the citizens to understand and adapt to the new circumstances.
