The center for empiric researches of religion in B&H, in cooperation with the “Konrad Adenauer Stiftung” Foundation organized three days ago a two days lasting meeting within the “New generation of BH scientists in dialogue” project. The capital theme of this gathering was “Engagement of education institutions in public life”.
“The aim is to deepen and spread the communication between more or less closed academic communities at different universities across B&H. Also, it’s necessary to talk more about some important questions like for example, quality of education, public engagement of intellectuals as well as to reconsider possibilities of self-criticism of tha academic community in order to spot the problems that exist within it. We need more dialogue.” – said Samir Forić from the Faculty of political science in Sarajevo and added that the participants of this meeting came from various universities in B&H (Sarajevo, Mostar, East Sarajevo, Tuzla).
