Saudi Arabia has announced that as part of the NEOM city construction project, it will also build a luxury port on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba.

According to Arab media, the Jaumur community will be the largest luxury community located on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba and will represent another tourist attraction.

An exclusive residential community will be built around the marina and will be home to 6,000 residents.

“Jaumur will have 500 marina apartments and nearly 700 luxury villas with waterfront access,” writes Al Arabiya.

This marina will serve as a central point of development around which other facilities will be developed.

Also, a large promenade will be built within this community.

“The promenade in the marina will be enlivened with fun, entertainment and culture. Throughout the year, artistic events and performances will take place there, and it will also be a place for world-class restaurants,” it was said.
