The President of “Sberbank” Edin Karabeg announced that his arrival in BiH represents a new beginning for business for this bank.

“After ‘Sberbank’ became the owner of ‘Volksbank International’ in February of last year, we stepped in to the extensive process of integration. With a new and recognized name, we will continue work with the goal to become leaders in the BiH banking sector”, Karabeg said in an interview with “Dnevni Avaz”.

“Sberbanka” has numerous contacts with international companies, which, according to Karabeg, opens doors to potential investors in BiH.

“We are developing the best services for our customers, we are building bridges with other countries, we support the economy of BiH in terms of strengthening foreign relations, we attract foreign investors and encourage current investors in the country to continue to invest”, said Karabeg.

When asked by journalists whether there will be personnel reinforcement in the future, Karabeg said that “Volksbank BB” currently has a strong professional team, and that “Sberbank” will continue to look for quality staff in the market.

“Accordingly, we will continue to strengthen all areas”, concluded Karabeg.
