After the successful presentation of the films ‘Myth in B&H v.1’ and ‘Myth in B&H v.2’ as part of the program of the 19th Sarajevo Film Festival, Magacin Kabare, in co-production with Face TV Sarajevo, will premiere in a television program on 15 February and will present this first B&H children’s documentary film.
All those who have not had the opportunity to watch this film when it premiered in June 2013, can watch the first part on Face TV on 15 February, and on 22 February the second part will be shown.
Under the supervision of actresses Zana Marjanović and Sanela Krsmanović and director/screenwriter Saša Peševska, participants at the last cycle of workshops for creativity and imagination of young Magacine Kabare worked on the form of a documentary film.
Workshop participants made up characters, scenes, their own stories and film concepts, as well as posters showing their vision of B&H.
Dissatisfied with the responses of adults in B&H, they reconstructed historical periods of B&H and gave their vision of the future. Every child in the production of the film had his/her own specific role, and tried their luck as an actor, dancer, costume designer, director, etc.
Workshop participants of young Magacin Kabare are working this year as well on the preparations of a new film, which will be presented in the form of a musical, announced Magacin Kabare.
