The Higher Commercial Court of Banja Luka has issued a second-instance verdict in favor of BHRT against RTRS. The verdict rejects the appeals and confirms the first-instance verdict.
We remind you that BHRT appealed in this case exclusively against the costs of the proceedings, and that the first-instance verdict obliged RTRS to pay BHRT the amount of 5.4 million BAM and the costs of the proceedings in the amount of more than 35 thousand BAM.
The 30-day payment period begins tomorrow.
