Police inspector of the Federal Police Administration, Nermin Sehovic, denied allegations that he is a candidate for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Sehovic said that he is not a candidate of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“I will not comment on some things there, I did not submit my statement for that candidacy,” said Sehovic, and added:
“I am a police officer, I do regular work and tasks in the interest of all citizens. I do not want my name, in certain ways, to be used with semi-information and brought into context with some pre-election matters, because I am not a politician.”
He did not want to comment that he was abused by that party.
He added that he cannot be a candidate until he resigns from his position as a civil servant.
Yesterday, some media announced that Sehovic is the candidate of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
