Few players in the Bundes League can commend with long years of service in one club. Three exceptions can be found in Hoffenheim, and one of them is Sejad Salihovic.
BiH national team player came from Hertha in 2006 and stayed until today. He started from the Regional League, then played in the Second Division, after which he came to the German top level.
During eight and a half years in Hoffenheim, Salihovic has played 240 matches, including 162 in Bundes League.
He played for Hoffenheim 27 times in the Second Division, while 19 times in the German Cup.
Beside Sejad, Andreas Beck and Kai Herdling are also two players with long experience in Hoffenheim.
