The seminar was organized by the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the Football Federation of Norway, as part of the “Girls Football Coaching Course” project, which involved the education of female coaches, as well as the development of grassroots football for girls from 7 to 12 years of age.

On the first day of the seminar, lectures on the topics “Children’s football”, “Ways and methods of organizing training sessions” and “The role of the coach” were given in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the coaches saw examples of the organization of training sessions by instructors from Norway, and a workshop “How to use football game” was also organized.

On Wednesday, the practice sessions continued with a theoretical part that included a qualitative way of organizing activities for the youngest age groups.

Yesterday the coaches were introduced to the ways of organizing the children festival, and today the practical work with the youngest football players was scheduled, after which the graduates were presented with diplomas.

Coaches are now facing a new task, which is to set up sections in their local communities and work with the youngest women’s football players.
