The Serbian government will be represented today by the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs, Nebojsa Stefanovic, at the celebration of the Day of Republika Srpska in Banja Luka. Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, will not be in Banja Luka today, because of the scheduled obligations, as it was told from his office.

“Minister of Defense, Aleksandar Vulin, as the Defense Ministry’s office said, will attend the celebration as well, adding that Vulin will attend the award ceremony of Tomislav Nikolic in the Presidential Palace,” the Serbian media reported.

Nikolic, who attended last year’s celebration as Serbia’s president, will be in Banja Luka this year as well, and will be handed the Republika Srpska medal on the ribbon.

Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, will also not attend the celebration.
