As part of the Project Academy SERDA the second cycle of trainings about writing and management of the EU projects began in Sarajevo.
The second group of participants consists of representatives from the Ministries of Sarajevo Canton, local communities, private companies, NGOs and individuals that in the next two weeks will pass an intensive training program on the tools and skills necessary for successful writing, applying and managing EU projects.
The first training program includes the understanding of the European Union, financial assistance programs and EU funds, writing proposals according to PCM and fulfilling the applications for the EU funds.
The second program covers the area of planning and coordination in the implementation of projects, obligations of the beneficiary, the financial reports, and implementation of public procurement processes. The partner in the realization of the program is the Faculty of Economics of the Sarajevo University.
After successfully completing the program, participants will become members of the Club Project Academy that will meet periodically to exchange the latest information and experiences on the EU funds.
