About fifty backend programmers and those who want to become one get together on Saturday in SPARK on the seventh Tech Meetup. All of them came to hear lectures and advice from their more experienced colleagues from two local IT companies – Hera from Mostar and Symphony from Sarajevo.  Backend programmer from Hera, Tihomir Krtalic, delivered a lecture tailored to beginners. The topic of the lecture was “Java RESTful Web Services with JAX-RS” supported by Tihomir’s real practice examples. The microphone was taken over by Damir Opalka from Symphony, who talked about “Hibernate with a focus on migration, deployments, and optimization”.
