B&H pianist, composer, arranger and conductor Sinan Alimanović is chosen among the five best jazz composers of the world at the first online international jazz competition – Made in New York Jazz Competition.
Artists from all over the world applied for this competition and Sinan Alimanović applied with the composition “Lejla”.
He composed “Lejla” in 1992 while Sarajevo was under siege. “Lejla” was performed for the first time in 2010 at the National Theater in Sarajevo.
