SIPA inspectors came to the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, after acting Director Miloš Lukić published the unconstitutional decrees of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, i.e. the laws adopted by the National Assembly of the RS on the non-application of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH and the non-publication of the decisions of the High Representative.

Lukić said that he took office on Sunday, July 9, when the decrees were published. “I told them that we work according to the law,” said Lukic.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina briefly confirmed for FTV that, to quote, “members of the SIPA are acting according to the order and in coordination with the prosecution team working on the case”.
