Police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) discovered two improvised migrant camps in the immediate vicinity of the state border with the Republic of Croatia and found firearms and ammunition.

Joint activities were carried out in the area of Donji Svilaj, in the border zone, where police officers found a large number of people from the migrant population.

Through the implementation of official measures and actions, the police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina placed the detected illegal migrants under surveillance, after which the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina were informed about the event in question, in accordance with whose verbal orders further action will be taken.

Activities on this subject continue.
