Members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) searched the apartment in Importanne Center belonging to Fahrudin Radončić, as well as the premises in the Avaz Twist Tower and the redaction of Dnevni avaz.
As a reminder, members of SIPA arrested Fahrudin Radončić, president of the Alliance for Better Future (SBB) yesterday in Hadžići, upon the order by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
SIPA arrested Radončić in the operational action “Lutka 2”, due to grounds for suspicion that he committed criminal offense from the article 241 of the Criminal Law of B&H – Obstruction of justice.
SIPA stated that three locations at the territory of Sarajevo are being searched with the aim of finding and temporary withdrawal of items which might serve as evidence in further proceedings.
Activities are implemented by the order of the Court of B&H and the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H.
