SPARK Tech Meetup #6 Held

Developers have been reunited for the sixth time at SPARK, at another highly-visited Tech Meetup. This time, we hosted teams from SeekandHit (Split) and Ministry of Programming (Sarajevo) as lecturers.

The meetup started right in time with the short presentation of the SeekandHit company (which exists for ten years now), and then Zoltan Dosa and Ivan Kovic shared their experiences with web sockets, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of combining it with Redux. Following, Zijad Purkovic, Albin Didic and Edin Kulovic from the Sarajevo Ministry of Programming company presented their latest project, for which they chose Microservices and Async Model.

A variety of visitors gathered – IT students, developers from local IT companies and SPARK companies, so after the lectures, they all exchanged experiences over snacks and drinks. The sixth meetup was the last one in 2017, and the seventh will be held in early 2018.
