The Electricity Utility Company of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Elektroprivreda BiH) said that, due to the high operational readiness of production and distribution capacities, electricity production is ongoing, ensuring a stable supply of customers.

Elektroprivreda BiH has adjusted its operations to the current situation and acts in accordance with the recommendations of the competent authorities.

The mode of operation of all the payment points of Elektroprivreda BiH is unchanged.

The exception is the Mostar Toll Station at Mostar Power Distribution Company, which is closed until further notice.

In accordance with the orders of the competent authorities, hygienic epidemiological recommendations are implemented at the collection points, with enhanced measures of protection and disinfection, with the aim of protecting customers and employees. In this regard, a one-hour break was introduced to further disinfect work surfaces and spaces.  EPBiH urges customers to strictly adhere to recommendations and distances of one meter and make payments through electronic banking.
