In the explanation, the analysts of the agency state that the rating of B&H is limited by weak institutions whose jurisdictions overlap, poor fiscal management framework and sensitive external position resulting from the constant current account deficit.
It is expected that B&H keeps receiving the international financial assistance, under certain conditions.
The analysts of this agency state that the decrease of the credit rating might occur in case B&H does not provide external sources for financing its budget deficits on time.
The increase in credit rating could be considered in case of improvement of the business environment and the creation of conditions for more sustainable growth and improved external position of B&H, announced the Office of Public Relations of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
