The State Prosecution sent New Invitation for Hearing to Milorad Dodik?

dodik04-600x400Another invitation for hearing in a case related to the referendum in the RS has not been forwarded to the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik yet, but it is planned for the invitation to be addressed soon, as confirmed from the Prosecutor’s Office.

The President of RS earlier said that he will not react violently to the “pressures from Sarajevo,” because he does not want to put the smaller BH entity into question.

“I will answer the invitation of the Prosecution but I will give the statement only in the judicial institutions in the RS, in the presence of BH Prosecutor. I will not do it in Sarajevo, and in the end it will be seen that there are no elements of responsibility and guilt,” said Dodik.

If the President of RS does not appear at the hearing, the State Prosecution has the right to issue a warrant for his arrest.

The State Prosecution started questioning members of the Commission for the referendum in the RS as a witness about ten days ago. Today will be interrogated three more witnesses, who were members of the Commission for the referendum, namely: Perica Bundalo (PDP), Nedeljko Glamocak (SDS) and Davor Secic (SDS).

However, all the attention is focused on the next move of the State Prosecution, if Milorad Dodik ignores the second invitation for hearing in the building of the Prosecutor’s Office in Sarajevo.
