Construction works of luxury apartments at the complex Dvor in Sarajevo at the neighborhood Marin Dvor, of an investment worth more than 15 million KM, are going with full speed and will be finished before the deadline.
The complex, which consists of 42 luxury apartments, will be ready for occupancy as early as March next year. After only five months of construction, more than 40 percent of the apartments have been sold.
Modern architecture and top quality construction of Dvor will certainly bring to Sarajevo a new way of living. Seven floors will have 42 flats, of a surface 54-116m2, while the ground floor of the complex will be designed for business premises. Garage space will be located on two floors and have a capacity of 57 places.
The facility features installation of the top-quality materials for the exterior and interior, with the application of recent technological methods when it comes to sound and heat isolation and specially designed with security system.
The architects of the project are Kenan Brčkalija and Adnan Harambašić from architectural office ahA+knAp, while for the sale of apartments is responsible the agency My Place.
The main contractor is the largest European construction company Strabag.
