Many citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), as well as tourists from Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, and Slovenia, celebrated the May Day holidays in Neum, which in recent years has been known as one of the cheapest destinations on the Adriatic.

Neum was extremely popular in previous years, and judging by the number of tourists who were there during May Day, it will certainly be a frequent choice for vacations this season as well.

Although the temperature in Neum was around 22 degrees Celsius, the swimming season was open for the May Day holidays, and the cloudy weather did not stop swimmers.

As for the bulk of the summer, the announcements are promising for another successful season.

When it comes to accommodation prices, last year’s prices are currently valid in Neum, and several hotels and other accommodation facilities offer promotional offers and other favorable packages. The situation is similar when it comes to apartments.

”A large number of guests have been announced for the end of May, and an excellent season and postseason are expected until December. We have already reserved almost all the capacities in July and August, and by the middle of May, we believe that we will be fully booked for June as well. Predictions are that September will also be very busy. Modern and comfortably furnished apartments, a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a parking lot are available to our guests,” it was said from Villa Gabriel, which is one of the most luxurious in the only BiH city on the sea.

At the height of the season in Neum, a price increase of 5 to a maximum of 10 percent was announced, depending on the hotel and period of stay.

When it comes to restaurant prices, they are currently the same as last year. Thus, the prices of pizzas range from 11 to 14 BAM, beans with sausage 8 BAM, chicken fillet 13 BAM, andcooked dishes from 10 to 14 BAM.
