A symposium of medicine of Sweden and the RS was held in Foča that included the participation of doctors of professionals from the medical faculties in Foča, Upsala, Belgrade and Podgorica. In addition to the exchange of knowledge, the possibility to continue teaching and training at the University Upsala was open, said RTRS.
Swedish experts showed practical methods in reducing pain in patients with malignant diseases and kidney diseases.
At the meeting, there were also topics on children and neuro radiology. These are microsurgical techniques in the head and neck using a surgical microscope, and of the treatment of epilepsy.
