The cadet basketball national team of B&H wrote the history last night. The golden BH boys defeated Lithuania at the Eurobasket in Kaunas with a result of 85:83, and climbed to the top of Europe.
Dzenan Musa and the company deservedly conquered Europe, announcing from the first day of the tournament that they are going to the end, and that is what they did last night.
They have fulfilled theirs, but also the dreams of all Bosnian-Herzegovinians, who wholeheartedly supported our defiant greenhorn boys during the past days.
Arvydas Sabonis, the legend of the Lithuanian basketball, awarded the medals and the winning cup to our national team players. The anthem of B&H officially closed the Eurobasket, that will be written in the historical books of basketball in B&H in golden letters.
Take a look at the presentation of medals and the moment when Sabonis hands over to the Musa’s hands the cup intended for the best team in Europe.
