coca-cola-sarajevo-polumaratonThe tenth Sarajevo Coca-Cola Half Marathon is behind us. Take a look at the video below to see how this magnificent sport event looked like from air.

The late summer rain tried to ruin the Sarajevo Half Marathon, but probably the most important edition of this already traditional event of human endurance was held anyway.

Apart from the domination of the runners from Hungary and noticeable successfulness of BiH competitors, the Half Marathon was also marked by the blind young man Mehić Mujče, who became the first visually impaired participant of one half marathon in the region.

“For the tenth time, we managed to organize the event that presents Sarajevo as the city that promotes running and healthy lifestyle and which increasingly attracts attention of competitors from all around the world, year after year,” said Erol Mujanović, Director of the Association Marathon, the main organizer of this event.

Record-breaking 2.500 participants from more than 30 countries of the world gathered on the streets of Sarajevo yesterday, making this sport event one of the most positive stories in Sarajevo.
