Large international movie was recorded in the Street Bulevar Mese Selimovic in Sarajevo, and these were the scenes for the movie “The Compassion for the Devil”, which is based on true events that happened during the siege of Sarajevo.
The movie, which is an international production by Canadian director Guillaume de Fontein, started several days ago, and this movie was inspired by real events and based on the autobiography of French journalist Paul Marchand. He reported from besieged Sarajevo back in 1992 and 1993.
Plot of the movie is taking place in the war-time Sarajevo, and since the hospital “Jezero” is one of the most important visual symbols of besieged Sarajevo and its citizens during the war, they are planning to show it authentically in this movie.
