The captain of basketball team of B&H Mirza Teletović hosted in Sarajevo the female handball players Neretva from Jablanica, to which he has decided to donate equipments for training.
Neretva, which competes in the second league, has the ambitions to enter the highest ranking of female handball, which would be a great success for the young team, which is led by the former B&H representative in football and handball Sabina Pehić.
“Jablanica is a city that is known for its sporting successes. Basketball players unfortunately missed the chance to get into a higher rank but I believe that they will succeed in the next season, just like handball players, to whom I wish the best of luck in their efforts for the Premier League. Sabina, who is my good friend, brought together a strong team and with her knowledge that will transmit to the players, I believe that Neretva next year will fight for the the title of B&H champions”, said Teletović, who handed to handball players Neretva shoes for training.
