Tesanj has long been known as one of the most developed Communities in BiH

Tesanj has long been known as one of the most developed local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and new data show that this city is growing more and more economically.

This is also shown by the new data on the turnover achieved through fiscal devices, which is an important indicator of development and movement within a local community.

Namely, Tesanj recorded strong growth and – according to data for September of this year – managed to overtake two large municipalities/cities, namely Novo Sarajevo and Zenica.

In September of this year, Tesanj had a turnover of 207.7 million BAM, which is as much as 38 million BAM more than in the same month last year, when the turnover was around 169 million.

With this, it rose to a high sixth place in the entire Federation of BiH (FBiH), which is a huge success if you take into account the size of this city.

Tesanj overtook Zenica, where the turnover fell from 230 million BAM in September last year to around 196 million, and Novo Sarajevo (down from 191 to 189 million BAM).

Novi Grad Sarajevo (417 million BAM), Ilidza (about 386 million), Tuzla (about 320 million), Mostar (311 million), and Centar Sarajevo (about 283 million BAM) are still in the first place. However, these are the municipalities and cities with the largest population and where the headquarters of the largest number of companies are located, Biznis Info reports.
