The Sarajevo-based company “Rad” announced that the total amount of recycled raw materials collected in the first six months of this year increased by 54 percent compared to the same period last year.
As they stated, in the first six months of this year, 100 tons of paper were collected, four times more glass and metal packaging, 50 percent more plastic packaging compared to the same period in 2023.
In addition, the total amount of collected recyclable raw materials in the first six months of this year has increased by 83 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
In “Rad” they believe that these data are a confirmation of their claim that the sorting of waste in households is not in vain.
