There have been no criminal or misdemeanor charges filed so far against the transporter Milomir Jacimovic, who was detained two days ago in front of the SNS premises in Novi Sad, Serbian media reported.
According to media reports, he is in a hospital in Novi Sad, allegedly in the psychiatry department.
If no proceedings are initiated against him, after observation, he could be released.

NLS yesterday demanded the urgent removal of “all fake and rented police officers” from the streets at the blockades, who are harassing free people, because if they do not do so as soon as possible, after the liberation of Serbia, all of them will be considered “thugs and terrorists.”
The president of NLS, Milos Parandilovic, also demanded the urgent accountability of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ivica Dacic, and Police Director Dragan Vasiljevic, “who, on Vucic’s orders, are carrying out torture over the citizens” in fear that the regime will fall.
According to him, “their batons and thugs” can no longer stop what is obvious, that the regime is on its knees and its fall is unstoppable, NLS announced.
“NLS remains consistent with its people at the blockades and freedom parades that are being held in all parts of our country, which are crying out for liberation from the progressive occupation,” the statement says.
Students organized a protest last night in front of the Faculty of Philosophy due to the detention of their colleague.
Students at the blockade of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade called for a protest at 6 p.m. last night because, as they announced, their colleague Aleksa Stankovic was “attacked by the police in front of his house” on Tuesday evening.
In the statement, they said the protest was held in front of the faculty.
Students claim that their colleague, a journalist and photographer, was attacked by the police in front of his house two days ago, adding that several uniformed police officers forced him into a police van without asking for his ID and without giving a reason for the detention.
“When they forced him into the van, they first threatened him because of the video recording in which it can clearly be heard how police officers make inappropriate comments to a woman passing by, and after that, they physically attacked him, breaking his SD card which they believed contained a recording of that event,” the statement says.

Aleksa Stankovic (22), a student at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and photojournalist, was taken into a police vehicle by police officers two nigths ago, at 1 a.m., and they hit him in the head, demanding that he delete all material from his camera, throw away the card, and reset his phone to factory settings.
Novi Pazar: Misdemeanor charges for those detained at the highway blockade
The Novi Pazar police detained four people who participated in the blockade of the highway to Montenegro on Tuesday evening, and all of them were soon released after receiving misdemeanor charges.
According to unofficial information, all those detained received misdemeanor charges for disobeying the order of an authorized official performing direct traffic control, based on the Law on Traffic Safety.
The prescribed penalties for that offense are from 20.000 to 40.000 dinars or up to 30 days in prison.
